To reduce a length of a transaxle for a series hybrid vehicle in an input shaft direction to enable the transaxle to be mounted on a vehicle easily.SOLUTION: A transaxle according to an embodiment is a transaxle of a hybrid vehicle including an engine, a first motor generator for power generation, a second motor generator for driving, and an oil pump driven by output of the engine. The transaxle includes: a direct delivery shaft; and a direct delivery clutch which is provided at the direct delivery shaft and transmits/interrupts the output of the engine to/from a drive shaft. The first motor generator, the second motor generator, and the direct delivery shaft are coaxially arranged. A drive shaft of the oil pump is provided separately from the direct delivery shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
