To provide a trolley wire that is the trolley wire incorporating optical fibers as abrasion detection lines on right and left both sides which can elongate the service life of a trolley wire main body and, at the same time, can elongate the service life of the optical fibers.SOLUTION: A trolley wire main body 10 comprises tin of more than 0.4 mass% and 0.6 mass% or less, indium of more than 0 mass% and 0.1 mass% or less, and the remainder composed of copper alloy consisting of copper and inevitable impurity, a cross section of a hole 14 for abrasive detection wire is less than 3 mm2, a cross section in radial direction of an optical fiber 20 is more than 28% and is 35% or less of the cross section of the hole 14 for abrasive detection wire, a distance between a center line 30 of the trolley wire main body 10 and the hole 14 for the abrasive detection wire is 3.7 mm or more and 3.8 mm or less and, when stringing after winding the optical fiber transversely onto a drum having a shell diameter 970 mm, residual elongation strain on two optical fibers 20 is 0.35% or less.     【課題】左右両側に摩耗検知線としての光ファイバを内蔵したトロリ線であって、トロリ線本体の長寿命化とともに光ファイバの長寿命化を図ることができる構造を備えたトロリ線を提供する。【解決手段】トロリ線本体10が、錫が0.4質量%超かつ0.6質量%以下、インジウムが0質量%超かつ0.1質量%以下で含有され、残部が銅及び不可避不純物からなる銅合金からなり、摩耗検知線用孔14の断面積が3mm2未満であり、光ファイバ20の径方向の断面積が、摩耗検知線用孔14の断面積の28%超かつ35%以下であり、トロリ線本体10の中心線30と前記摩耗検知線用孔14との距離が3.7mm以上かつ3.8mm以下であり、胴径が970mmのドラムに横巻きに巻き付けた後に架線する場合に、架線後に2本の光ファイバ20に残留する伸び歪みが0.35%以下である、トロリ線1を提供する。【選択図】図1
