To provide an electrically-driven cylinder device as one example which can prevent a piston and a direct-acting member from separating from each other.SOLUTION: An electrically-driven cylinder device as one example comprises: a housing provided with a cylinder; a piston arranged inside the cylinder; a rotating member which rotates around a rotary shaft; a direct-acting member which is mounted on the rotating member to move in a first direction along the rotary shaft or in a second direction which is opposite to the first direction in response to the rotation of the rotating member, and moves in the first direction to press the piston to reduce the volume of a fluid chamber of the cylinder; a first engaging part provided in the piston; and a second engaging part which is provided in the direct-acting member, and comes into contact with the first engaging part to restrict the direct-acting member from separating in the second direction from the piston.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
