To enable cancellation of a state where reduction of brake force is restricted even if force is relatively small when the force is input to a disengagement mechanism in order to cancel the state where the reduction of the brake force is restricted by a brake force maintenance mechanism.SOLUTION: A brake force maintenance mechanism 70 permits rotation of a ratchet gear 71 in a reduction direction X2 as engagement of the ratchet gear 71 with a claw member 72 is released when the ratchet gear 71 rotates in an increasing direction X1 in a state where the claw member 72 is engaged with the ratchet gear 71 rotated in association with driving of an electric motor. In a disengagement mechanism 80, a releasing claw 86 comes close to and contacts with the ratchet gear 71 when force is input from the outside to rotate a bolt 81 in a first direction Y1. When the bolt 81 rotates in a first direction Y1 in this state, the ratchet gear 71 is rotated in the increasing direction X1 by the releasing claw 86.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】制動力維持機構によって制動力の減少が規制された状態を解除すべく係合解除機構に外部から力が入力された際に、その力が比較的小さくても制動力の減少が規制された状態を解除できるようにすること。【解決手段】制動力維持機構70では、電気モータの駆動に連動して回転するラチェット歯車71に爪部材72が係合している状態でラチェット歯車71が増加方向X1に回転すると、ラチェット歯車71と爪部材72との係合が解除されるため、減少方向X2へのラチェット歯車71の回転が許容される。係合解除機構80では、外部から力が入力されることによってボルト81が第1方向Y1に回転運動すると、解除用爪86がラチェット歯車71に接近して接触する。この状態でボルト81が第1方向Y1に回転すると、解除用爪86によって増加方向X1にラチェット歯車71が回転させられる。【選択図】図5
