PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure which can reduce a power consumption amount, and can suppress a reaction force which is applied to a member for constituting an expansion mechanism when a servo mechanism is operated.SOLUTION: An electrically-driven disc brake device comprises: a feed screw mechanism 13a which pushes out a piston 12a to an outer side on the basis of rotation of an electric motor 9a until a clearance between an inner pad 2a and a side face of a rotor is eliminated; a ball lamp mechanism 22 which pushes out the piston 12a to the outer side by being operated on the basis of the rotation of the electric motor 9a after the clearance is eliminated; and a self-servo mechanism 69 which generates an axial force in a direction in which the inner pad 2a is pushed to the rotor on the basis of a brake tangent force acting on the inner pad 2a by the push of the inner pad 2a to the rotor by the operation of the ball lamp mechanism 22. The disc brake device also comprises a second thrust ball bearing 53 which receives a reaction force of the axial force generated by the operation of the self-servo mechanism 69.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】消費電力量を抑える事ができ、且つ、前記サーボ機構が作動した際に拡張機構を構成する部材に加わる反力を小さく抑えられる構造を実現する。【解決手段】電動モータ9aの回転に基づいて、インナパッド2aとロータの側面との間の隙間を解消させるまで、ピストン12aをアウタ側に押し出す送りねじ機構13aと、この隙間が解消した後、電動モータ9aの回転に基づいて作動する事により、ピストン12aをアウタ側に押し出すボールランプ機構22と、ボールランプ機構22が作動してインナパッド2aがロータに押し付けられる事によりこのインナパッド2aに作用するブレーキ接線力に基づいて、インナパッド2aをロータに押し付ける方向の軸力を発生する自己サーボ機構69とを設ける。更に、自己サーボ機構69が作動する事により発生した軸力の反力を受ける為の第二のスラスト玉軸受53を設ける。【選択図】図1
