To provide a cargo chamber management onboard apparatus and cargo chamber management system capable of suppressing a load imposed on an onboard machine or a communication data quantity to be sent outside a vehicle without an increase in a work load incurred by a worker.SOLUTION: A control unit 11a of an onboard apparatus 11 identifies presence or absence of a predetermined trigger or the type of trigger on the basis of an external input such as a door open/close signal 42, vehicle speed signal, or position information, controls a three-dimensional sensor in synchronization with the trigger, and measures a loading ratio of a vehicle cargo chamber. The three-dimensional sensor is activated only when the loading ratio increases or decreases, that is, before or after a loading or unloading work is performed. Therefore, the power consumption of the three-dimensional sensor can be reduced and the service life of the three-dimensional sensor can be prolonged. Owing to the trigger, it becomes easy to extract important information needed to produce a journal. A server or office PC collects actual results data on that day and automatically produces the journal. An estimated loading ratio is used to produce data of a CO2 discharge quantity generated along with cargo transportation, and information on the discharge quantity is described in the journal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】作業者の作業の負担を増やすことなく車載器にかかる負荷や車両外への通信データ量を抑制できる荷室管理車載装置および荷室管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】車載器11の制御部11aは、ドア開閉信号42、車速信号、位置情報などの外部入力に基づいて所定のトリガの有無およびトリガの種類を識別し、トリガに同期した状態で3次元センサを制御して、車両荷室の積載率を計測する。荷積み、荷卸し作業の前後など積載率が増減する時だけ3次元センサを作動させるので、3次元センサの電力消費量を削減すると共に寿命を延ばすことができる。トリガにより日報の作成に必要な重要な情報の抽出が容易になる。サーバ又は事務所PCが当日の実績データを集計して日報を自動的に作成する。推定した積載率を利用して荷物輸送に伴って発生するCO2排出量のデータを作成し、その排出量の情報を日報にも含める。【選択図】図7
