To provide a cargo chamber structure which enables a deck board to be installed at a given height while having a structure in which a flat surface where a rear surface of a seat back and the deck board are continuous is obtained when an upper surface of a cargo chamber storage part is covered with the deck board in a state where the seat back of a rear seat is folded down.SOLUTION: A cargo chamber structure of a vehicle has: a rear seat 40 including a seat back 41 which may be displaced in a standing state, in which the seat back 41 stands, and a fold-down state where the seat back 41 is folded down in a forward direction; and a cargo chamber storage part 50 which is provided recessed on a floor surface located rearward of the rear seat 40. The cargo chamber structure of the vehicle further has: a movable board 10 in which two board parts 11a, 11b are rotatably connected through a hinge part 12 and which is disposed between the rear seat 40 and the cargo chamber storage part 50; an attachment part which is provided on a vehicle front side surface 50a of the cargo chamber storage part 50 and attaches the board part 11a to the side surface 50a; and following means which causes the board part 11b to follow displacement of the seat back 41 in a state that the board part 11b is along a rear surface of the seat back 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
