To provide a vehicle side sill structure which is excellent in deformation strength during a lateral collision and enables reduction of the number of components and the weight.SOLUTION: A side sill 1 includes: a side sill inner member 10 and a side sill outer member 20 joined to each other in a vehicle width direction; and a reinforcement member 30 which is formed by an aluminum extrusion material having a closed cross section structure in which a plurality of hollow parts 39a to 39f are arranged in the vehicle width direction and is provided in an internal space 1a enclosed by the side sill inner member 10 and the side sill outer member 20. The side sill outer member 20 has an outer upper wall 23 and an outer lower wall 24 respectively extending from upper and lower flanges 21, 22 to the outer side in the vehicle width direction. The reinforcement member 30 has a reinforcement material upper wall 31 and a reinforcement material lower wall 32 which are respectively joined to the outer upper wall 23 and the outer lower wall 25 while making surface contact therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
