To provide a vehicle side sill structure which inhibits peeling and deformation of a cross sectional shape of a side sill when a lateral collision load is input to improve load transmission efficiency to the vehicle body side.SOLUTION: A vehicle side sill 3 includes: an inner panel 11 and an outer panel 12; and a reinforcement member 10 which is formed by joining the inner panel and the outer panel and disposed in a closed cross section. The reinforcement member 10 includes: a first reinforcement member 25 joined to the inner panel 11; and a second reinforcement member 26 joined to the outer panel 12. The first reinforcement member 25 and the second reinforcement member 26 are arranged side by side with each other so as to face in a vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
