To improve the detection accuracy of an emergency patient.SOLUTION: A detection device 100 includes: an acquisition part 120 for acquiring a first video obtained by imaging the inside of a train; a congestion degree analysis part 150 for analyzing the first video and creating time-series data of a congestion degree in an area including a place where a person falls in the case that falling of the person is detected by analyzing the first video and the person is not in a fallen state for a predetermined time or more; and a determination part 140 for determining whether or not a time at which the congestion degree shown by the time-series data is a congestion degree reference value or more is a predetermined time or more by using the congestion degree reference value specified on the basis of vehicle information including information that can specify the train, a vehicle number corresponding to a place, and a mileage, and determining that the person is an emergency patient in the case that the time at which the congestion degree shown by the time-series data is the congestion degree reference value or more is more than the predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】急病人の検出精度を向上させること。【解決手段】検出装置100は、列車内を撮像することにより得られた第1の映像を取得する取得部120と、第1の映像を解析することにより人の転倒が検出され、かつ予め定められた時間以上、人が転倒していない場合、第1の映像を解析し、人が転倒した場所を含む領域の混雑度の時系列データを作成する混雑度解析部150と、列車を特定可能な情報、場所に対応する号車番号、キロ程を含む車両情報に基づいて特定された混雑度基準値を用いて、時系列データが示す混雑度が混雑度基準値以上である時間が、予め定められた時間以上であるか否かを判定し、時系列データが示す混雑度が混雑度基準値以上である時間が、予め定められた時間以上である場合、人を急病人と判定する判定部140と、を有する。【選択図】図1
