To secure predetermined running-through performance while putting restriction on driving force when a differential of a differential mechanism is large.SOLUTION: When a differential of a front wheel drive unit is caused, step S3 or S5 is executed to put restriction on front-side electric motor torque, so that restriction is out on front-side driving force and so that torque of a rear-side electric motor is increased so as to make up for shortage of driving force caused by the restriction on the front-side driving force, which can suppress driving force of the whole of a vehicle from deteriorating while protecting the front wheel drive unit by the restriction on the front-side driving force so as to secure running-through performance. Further, in step S5, restriction torque is determined according to an increment rate ΔPVf of a front-side restriction determination value PVf, so that distribution of front-rear driving force is gradually varied, which can suppress the behavior of the vehicle from becoming unstable due to rapid change in the distribution of the front-rear driving force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】差動機構の差動が大きい場合に駆動力制限を行いつつ所定の走破性を確保する。【解決手段】前輪駆動ユニットの差動発生時にS3またはS5が実行され、前側電動機トルクが制限されることにより前側駆動力制限が行われるとともに、その前側駆動力制限による駆動力不足を補うように後側電動機のトルクが増大させられるため、前側駆動力制限によって前輪駆動ユニットを保護しつつ車両全体の駆動力の低下が抑制されて走破性を確保できる。また、S5では、前側制限判断値PVf の増加率ΔPVf に応じて制限トルクが求められるため、前後駆動力分配が緩やかに変化させられるようになり、前後駆動力分配の急な変化で車両の挙動が不安定になることが抑制される。【選択図】図2
