To quickly engage a coupling device at start acceleration time, thereby suppressing slip of a main drive wheel, and improving stability of vehicle behavior.SOLUTION: At vehicle start time, front wheel brakes 50L, 50R on the side of front wheels 22L, 22R, which are main drive wheels, are operated, or both of the front wheel brakes 50L, 50R and rear wheel brakes 52L, 52R are operated, whereby a differential rotation ΔN is generated, such that a phase of an input rotary speed Nin of a coupling device 28 becomes faster than an output rotary speed Nout, and the coupling device 28 is quickly stuffed and engaged, and therefore, a torque is quickly transmitted to rear wheels 34L, 34R which are sub drive wheels. Thus, even when accelerated soon after start, a torque is transmitted to the rear wheels 34L, 34R from the coupling device 28 and drive power is quickly started, whereby slip of the front wheels 22L, 22R is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】発進加速時にカップリング装置を速やかに係合させて主駆動輪のスリップを抑制し、車両の挙動の安定性を向上させる。【解決手段】車両発進時に、主駆動輪である前輪22L、22R側の前輪ブレーキ50L、50Rが作動させられ、或いは前輪ブレーキ50L、50Rおよび後輪ブレーキ52L、52Rの両方が作動させられることにより、カップリング装置28の入力回転速度Ninの位相が出力回転速度Noutよりも速くなる差回転ΔNが生じさせられ、カップリング装置28が速やかにガタ詰めされて係合させられるため、副駆動輪である後輪34L、34Rに対してトルクが速やかに伝達されるようになる。これにより、発進後に直ちに加速される場合でも、カップリング装置28から後輪34L、34Rにトルクが伝達されて駆動力が速やかに立ち上げられるようになり、前輪22L、22Rのスリップが抑制される。【選択図】図3
