To provide a flying object position monitoring system that can ensure a safety of a flying object during flight even in a situation where a current position or the like of the flying object, which is a monitoring target, cannot be grasped.SOLUTION: A flying object position monitoring system comprises: an airframe model database that stores a plurality of airframe models of a flying object; an airframe model acquisition unit that acquires an airframe model of the flying object of a monitoring target or an airframe model of a flying object having high similarity to the flying object of the monitoring target from the airframe model database; a space information generation unit that generates space information which affects navigation of the flying object based on environmental information of a flight path of the flying object of the monitoring target; a position prediction unit that predicts a position of the flying object at each time based on the airframe model, the space information, a weight of the flying object, and information identifying the flight path; and an update unit that updates the airframe model based on a difference between a position of the flying object at each time predicted by the position prediction unit and a position of the flying object at each time which is actually measured by the flying object or a flying object monitoring sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
