PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position guide system and flying object that enables a user to easily obtain a specific position and also reliably guides the user to the specific position.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 100 includes: a GPS device 110 for detecting a specific position of a vehicle as first position information; and a vehicle position transmission section 142 for transmitting the first position information to a drone 300. A portable terminal device 200 includes a GPS device 210 for detecting the position of the portable terminal device 200 as second position information; a user position transmission section 256 for transmitting the second position information to the drone 300; and an operation section 220 to be operated by a user. The drone 300 includes: a vehicle position reception section and a user position reception section for receiving the first and second position information; and a flight control section for enabling reciprocative flight between the position of the portable terminal device 200 and the specific position by an instruction from the operation section 220 on the basis of the second position information and the first position information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
