To more accurately predict battery conditions using experimental data for battery information tested in an environment identical to the external environment of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: The present disclosure includes a battery condition prediction device. The battery condition prediction device includes: a first communication unit that receives temperature, current, and voltage data of a plurality of battery cells measured by a battery management system included in a battery pack, and receives, from a vehicle in which the battery cells are used, first environmental information when the vehicle is running; a second communication unit that receives experimental data for the condition of the battery cells or pack in various environments received from an external server; and a battery condition prediction unit that predicts a battery condition using the received temperature, current, and voltage for each of the plurality of battery cells, the first environmental information, and the condition experimental data. The battery condition includes a charge condition of the battery cells and a degradation condition of the battery cells.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
