To actively detect an obstacle without receiving trajectory information from the other device.SOLUTION: An obstacle detection system comprises: a lidar device for irradiating a measurement area with measurement light and receiving reflection light from the measurement area, thereby detecting a reflection point where the reflection light is reflected in the measurement area; and a control device for detecting a mobile moving in the measurement area based on the reflection point. The control device iteratively detects the mobile, thereby acquiring a route of movement of the mobile and detecting an obstacle based on the route of movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
