To reduce an information amount of upload information to be transmitted from connected vehicles to a server, and also to reduce a throughput of the server.SOLUTION: A server for controlling connected vehicles including a communication function via a network comprises: a reception section for receiving a plurality of pieces of upload information generated based on information detected by sensors of the plurality of connected vehicles from each one of the connected vehicles; an identification section for identify the connected vehicle among the plurality of vehicles including information superimposed on the pieces of upload information when the information related to the same vehicle is included by superimposition in at least the two pieces of the upload information; and a transmission section for transmitting connected vehicle information which indicate the identified connected vehicle to each one of the connected vehicles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
