To provide a model creation apparatus and a data generation apparatus which are configured to generate time-series data with a minute change reproduced therein, without increasing difficulty in creating a machine learning model and generating the time-series data when generating time-series data from frequency data using a machine learning model, .SOLUTION: A model creation apparatus includes: a preprocessing unit which prepares, as learning time-series data, data obtained by removing high frequency components from time-series data of a traveling vehicle measured during travel of the vehicle, and prepares, as learning frequency data, data indicating an occurrence frequency distribution regarding the learning time-series data obtained by removing the high frequency components; a model creation unit which creates a machine learning model which performs machine learning by using the learning time-series data and the learning frequency data, as training data, and using weighting processing based on a difference, so as to output generative time-series data in accordance with an input of frequency data; and a high frequency component addition unit which adds high frequency components corresponding to the high frequency components removed in the preprocessing unit, to the generative time-series data output from the model creation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】機械学習モデルを用いて頻度データから時系列データを生成する場合に、機械学習モデルの作成及び時系列データの生成の難易度を上げることなく、細かな変化が再現された時系列データを生成することができる、モデル作成装置及びデータ生成装置を提供すること。【解決手段】モデル作成装置は、車両が走行中に測定された車両の走行中の時系列データから高周波成分を除去したデータを学習用時系列データとして準備するとともに、高周波成分を除去して得た前記学習用時系列データに関する発生頻度分布を示すデータを学習用頻度データとして準備する前処理部と、前記学習用時系列データと前記学習用頻度データとを教師データとして差分に基づく重み付け処理を用いて機械学習することにより、頻度データが入力されたことに応じて生成時系列データを出力する機械学習モデルを作成するモデル作成部と、前記モデル作成部から出力される前記生成時系列データに前記前処理部で除去した高周波成分に相当する高周波成分を付加する高周波成分付加部と、を備える。【選択図】図7
