An outer socket 28 is arranged radially outward from the lift pin 26 while cam rollers CR, CR of the lift pin 26 are engaged with spiral grooves Hg1, Hg2. The outer socket 28 is rotatably supported by an upper frame 22 and the lower frame 24. The outer socket 28 is rotated by an actuator ACTR. Since the lift pin 26 and the outer socket 28 are nested, compactification in a lift direction can be realized. Further, since the guide rods Grd1, Grd2 receive the external force in the radial direction, which acts on the lift pin 26, it is possible to suppress the external force in the radial direction from acting on the cam rollers CR, CR and the spiral grooves Hg1, Hg2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 35
