To provide a roadside device, a communication system, a mobile body device, a program and a communication method which make it easier for a person near a railroad crossing to notice an abnormality in the railroad crossing.SOLUTION: A roadside device of an embodiment comprises a reception unit and a transmission unit. The reception unit receives first information indicating that an obstacle has been detected by a sensor installed at a railroad crossing in which a railway path crosses with a road or that stop of a train has been requested. If the first information is received, the transmission unit transmits second information indicating that there is an abnormality in the railroad crossing to a mobile body device mounted on or carried by a first mobile body on the road.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】踏切の周辺にいる人に踏切の異常を気付きやすくさせる路側装置、通信システム、移動体用装置、プログラム及び通信方法を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態の路側装置は、受信部及び送信部を備える。受信部は、鉄道の軌道と道路が交差する踏切に設置されているセンサーが障害物を検知した、又は、列車の停止が要求されたことを示す第1の情報を受信する。送信部は、前記第1の情報が受信された場合、前記踏切に異常が発生していることを示す第2の情報を、前記道路上の第1の移動体が搭載又は携帯する移動体用装置に送信する。【選択図】図1
