To be able to suppress deterioration in convenience of a driver who is performing speed control of an own vehicle during automatic driving not to be obligated to be monitored.SOLUTION: A vehicular control device comprises: a place identifying part 111 that identifies a place in which an own vehicle is traveling; and a speed control part 151 that performs place-target speed control which is speed control targeting a place by which a speed of the own vehicle is automatically changed on the basis of a fact that the place, in which the own vehicle is traveling, identified by the place identifying part 111 is a specific place in which change of the speed of the own vehicle is frequently required because of a structure of a road. The speed control part 151 performs place-target speed control differently, depending on whether the own vehicle is travelling in an automatic driving mode obligated to be monitored or in an automatic driving mode not to be obligated to be monitored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
