To reduce overall drag of a sailing body by eliminating the pressure near a stagnation point in a bow of a sailing body, and by obtaining a part or all of the thrust for a sailing body without increasing frictional drag.SOLUTION: An inflow opening part 11 is provided in a bow 2a of a sailing body 1, and the water W flowing-in from the inflow opening part 11 during forward sailing of the sailing body 1 is pressurized by a pressurizing mechanism or an acceleration mechanism 14 provided in a conduit 13 connected to the inflow opening part 11. This pressurized or accelerated water W is practically jetted backwards from an injection port 12b connected to the conduit 13, and provided away from the hull surface and in the hull front half part 2b. As a result, a part or all of the thrust necessary for sailing can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
