The motor control device further comprises a reference voltage fluctuating part that fluctuates a value of the reference voltage in accordance with fluctuation caused by an external factor of a voltage outputted from the voltage output part and a reference voltage lower limit value setting part that sets a lower limit value, in the value of the reference voltage fluctuated by the reference voltage fluctuating part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
