To provide a vehicle collision avoidance supporting device and a vehicle collision avoidance supporting program capable of avoiding unnecessary execution of collision avoidance control when a vehicle turns right or left.SOLUTION: The vehicle collision avoidance supporting device predicts a turning path of the own vehicle and a moving path of the target 200 in front of the own vehicle while the own vehicle 100 is turning. The vehicle collision avoidance supporting device acquires, as a collision angle, an amount by which a traveling direction of the own vehicle deviates from a line perpendicular to the moving path at a point where the turning path intersects with the moving path. The vehicle collision avoidance supporting device does not execute collision avoidance control when a prohibition condition that the collision angle is greater than or equal to a predetermined collision angle threshold is satisfied, even if a collision condition is satisfied, and the vehicle collision avoidance supporting device executes the collision avoidance control when the collision condition is satisfied when the prohibition condition is not satisfied. The vehicle collision avoidance supporting device sets the predetermined collision angle threshold to a smaller value when the turning angle of the own vehicle is large, as compared with when the turning angle of the own vehicle is small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】右折又は左折時の不要な衝突回避制御の実行を回避することができる車両衝突回避支援装置及び車両衝突回避支援プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】車両衝突回避支援装置は、自車両100の旋回中、自車両の旋回経路及び自車両の前方の物標200の移動経路を予測する。車両衝突回避支援装置は、旋回経路と移動経路とが交差する点における自車両の走行方向が移動経路に直行するラインから乖離する量を衝突角度として取得する。車両衝突回避支援装置は、衝突角度が所定衝突角度閾値以上であるとの禁止条件が成立しているときには、衝突条件が成立しても、衝突回避制御を実行せず、禁止条件が成立していないときには、衝突条件が成立した場合、衝突回避制御を実行する。車両衝突回避支援装置は、自車旋回角度が大きいときには、自車旋回角度が小さいときに比べ、所定衝突角度閾値を小さい値に設定する。【選択図】図3
