To enable a shift mechanism to function as a parking mechanism to achieve reduction of components and the weight.SOLUTION: A vehicular parking device fixes driving wheels of a vehicle equipped with a transmission device including shift sleeves 22, 25, which move forward or rearward in a rotation axis direction to engage with predetermined rotation members or release the engagement, and shift fork members 27, 34, which respectively engage with the shift sleeves 22, 25 in the rotation axis direction to move the shift sleeves 22, 25 forward or rearward, to maintain the stop state. The shift sleeves include the first shift sleeve 25 which engages with the rotation member coupled to the driving wheel in the stop state. An engagement part 39 is provided at the first shift sleeve 25. An engaged part 38 which engages with the engagement part 39 in the stop state to prevent rotation of the first shift sleeve 25 is provided at the shift fork member 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
