To provide a vehicular parking device which has a simple structure while reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: A vehicular parking device (1) includes: a driving source (5); a first shaft (10) which advances/retreats between a first position corresponding to a parking lock state and a second position corresponding to a parking lock release state in a first linear direction (X); a second shaft (20) which advances/retreats between a third position corresponding to the first position and a fourth position corresponding to the second position in a second direction (Y) by interlocking with the advancing/retreating of the first shaft; a link section (30) which is connected to the first shaft through a first joint section (15) and transitions in posture between a first posture corresponding to the first position and a second posture corresponding to the second position; a lever section (40) which guides advancing/retreating of the second shaft by being connected to the second shaft, being connected to the link section through the other second joint section (35), and rotating while interlocking with the transition of the posture of the link section; and a regulation section (50) which regulates the movement of the first shaft in a direction opposite to a direction directed to the second position when the first shaft is positioned at the first position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
