To provide a humanoid type testing device with a shoulder assembly that improves brittleness of a joint area between a flange and a slot, can be fitted in a simple and efficient fashion, and avoids a slip of a seat belt during impacting.SOLUTION: A humanoid type testing device, or a testing device 1 in short comprises a backbone assembly 2, which extends along a backbone axis Z. The testing device 1 comprises at least one collarbone assembly 3 and an arm assembly 4, wherein the collarbone assembly 3 extends radially from the backbone assembly 2, and the arm assembly 4 is radially apart from the backbone assembly 2. The testing device 1 comprises a shoulder assembly 5, which is connected to the collarbone assembly 3 and arranged adjacently to the arm assembly 4, and also comprises a part 6 proximal to and a part 9 distal from the backbone assembly 2.
