To prevent each harness from contacting with peripheral components without devising shapes of the peripheral components in an electric component arrangement structure in which the harnesses are respectively connected to control units.SOLUTION: An electric component arrangement structure includes: an engine; a power generator; an FI-ECU 51 which controls the engine; an ACG-ECU 52 which is provided separately from the FI-ECU 51 and controls power generation of the power generator and a rotary electric machine which starts the engine; a vehicle body frame 20; and an air cleaner 40 connected to the vehicle body frame 20. The FI-ECU 51 and the ACG-ECU 52 are provided on a left side surface 80a of the air cleaner 40. The electric component arrangement structure further includes a main harness 65 which is branched into a first harness 140 connected to the FI-ECU 51 and a second harness 142 connected to the ACG-ECU 52. The first harness 140 and the second harness 142 are branched from the main harness 65 in a position below an upper edge part 20a of the vehicle body frame 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
