To provide an occupant's discomfort degree estimation device capable of improving the accuracy of estimating an occupant's discomfort degree based on biological information on the occupant.SOLUTION: A processor 162 includes: a reception unit 162a that receives biological information on an occupant; a determination unit 162b that determines a vehicle driving state; a selection unit 162c that selects a learned model corresponding to the determined driving state from among learned models for each driving state created by machine learning of the relationship between the biological information on the occupant and the occupant's discomfort degree for each vehicle driving state; and an estimation unit 162d that estimates the occupant's discomfort degree by using the selected learned model and the received biological information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
