To provide a crewman discomfort degree estimation device which can improve estimation accuracy of crewman discomfort degree.SOLUTION: A processor 162 comprises: a reception part which receives biological information on a crewman; a noise determination part 162c which determines noise contained in the biological information; an operation state acquisition part 162b which acquires an operation state of a vehicle; a first discomfort degree estimation part 162d which estimates crewman discomfort degree based on the biological information on the crewman; a second discomfort degree estimation part 162e which estimates crewman discomfort degree based on the operation state of the vehicle; and a selection part 162f which selects the discomfort degree estimated by the first discomfort degree estimation part when the noise contained in the biological information is a prescribed level or less and a vehicle acceleration is a prescribed value or less, and selects the discomfort degree estimated by the second discomfort degree estimation part when the noise contained in the biological information exceeds the prescribed level and the vehicle acceleration exceeds the prescribed value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
