To suitably control speed of a vessel according to request of an operator of a communication device in an automatic maneuvering mode.SOLUTION: An automatic maneuvering system includes a vessel and a communication device, the vessel includes an actuator having a function of generating propulsion force of the vessel and a function as a steering unit, a first operation unit for accepting input operation for having an actuator actuate, and a vessel control device for having the actuator actuate based on input operation accepted by at least the first operation unit, and the vessel control unit includes a manual maneuvering mode for having the actuator actuate based on the input operation accepted by the first operation unit and an automatic maneuvering mode for having the first operation unit have the actuator actuate without any need for accepting the input operation accepted by the first operation unit, a communication device includes a second operation unit for accepting the input operation for having the actuator actuate, and the vessel control device controls the speed of the vessel based on the input operation accepted by the second operation unit when the vessel is brought close to the communication device by having the actuator actuate in the automatic maneuvering mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
