To provide an automated driving control device and so on which can improve the convenience of automated driving without periphery monitoring obligation.SOLUTION: An automated driving ECU 50b includes a control switching section 78, a travel setting control section 79, and a notification request section 73, and functions as an automated driving control device for allowing an own vehicle to travel through autonomous travel control without a driver's periphery monitoring obligation. The control switching section 78 switches a travel control state among a plurality of patterns of control including driving support control with the periphery monitoring obligation and the autonomous travel control without the periphery monitoring obligation. When the travel control state transitions from the driving support control to the autonomous travel control, the travel setting control section 79 changes the setting of an inter-vehicle distance from the own vehicle to a follow-up target vehicle. The notification request section 73 makes an HMI system provide notification of the completion of transition to the autonomous travel control after the inter-vehicle distance is changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
