To accurately assess the deterioration status of anti-vibration rubber in an elevator car so that the ride quality can be kept constant.SOLUTION: An elevator system comprises: a loading error amount estimation unit 15 that estimates a loading error amount of an elevator car based on the load amount of the elevator car and the vibration amount detected by a vibration detection sensor of the elevator car when the hoisting machine is started; a resonance frequency derivation unit 14 that derives the resonance frequency of the elevator car; and a spring constant estimation unit 16 that calculates a spring constant of an anti-vibration rubber installed in the elevator car based on the vibration amount detected by the vibration detection sensor, the loading error amount estimated by the loading error amount estimation unit 15, and the resonance frequency derived by the resonance frequency derivation unit 14 to estimate the deterioration status of the anti-vibration rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
