To appropriately determine the necessity of adjustment work of a load sensor mounted on an elevator.SOLUTION: An elevator maintenance system is provided with: an initial load sensor gap recording unit 322 that records a gap during initial setting of a load sensor; a load sensor gap recording unit 321 that records the gap detected by the load sensor; a diagnosis unit 43; and a work instruction planning unit 44 that plans work for correcting the gap of the initial setting time recorded by the initial load sensor gap recording unit by a real load on the basis of determination of the diagnosis unit. The diagnosis unit diagnoses a change amount of the load sensor gap on the basis of an initial value recorded by the initial load sensor gap recording unit and a value recorded by the load sensor gap recording unit, detects an initial contraction completion period of vibration-proof rubber from the diagnosing result, and determines the necessity of correcting the gap of the initial setting time of the vibration-proof rubber on the basis of the size of the detected initial contraction amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】エレベーターに搭載された荷重センサーの調整作業の要否判定が適正に行えるようにする。【解決手段】荷重センサーの初期設定時のギャップを記録する初期荷重センサーギャップ記録部322と、荷重センサーが検出したギャップを記録する荷重センサーギャップ記録部321と、診断部43と、診断部での判断に基づいて初期荷重センサーギャップ記録部が記録した初期設定時のギャップを、実負荷で補正する作業を計画する作業指示計画部44とを備える。診断部は、初期荷重センサーギャップ記録部が記録した初期値と、荷重センサーギャップ記録部に記録された値より、荷重センサーギャップの変化量を診断し、診断結果から防振ゴムの初期縮みの完了時期を検出し、検出した初期縮み量の大きさにより、防振ゴムの初期設定時のギャップの補正の必要性を判断する。【選択図】図1
