To make it necessary to safely transport soldiers, equipment, and drones to a destination by avoiding detection with a radar and disturbance with GPS spoofing under an environment where no shield such as sea or the like is present.SOLUTION: A radar is avoided via under water navigation. Position coordinates of a drone are calculated from navigation data of the drone.
