To provide a charge management system capable of managing whether or not a charging connector of a charger is connected to a power receiving part of an electric vehicle returned by a user.SOLUTION: A charge management system 20 includes an acquisition unit 231 and a determination unit 236. The acquisition unit 231 acquires information on a connection status representing whether or not a charging connector of a charger is connected to a power receiving part of an electric vehicle. The determination unit 236 determines whether or not the electric vehicle has been returned from a user based on whether the information of a connection status acquired by the acquisition unit 231 indicates that the charging connector is connected to the power receiving part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
