PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EV charge management system for controlling a charge amount of an EV according to a peak shift, and a charge facility to be used in the EV charge management system.SOLUTION: An EV charge management system creates and retains a charge schedule related to electric energy with which an automobile is charged within an electric energy range that can be supplied in the region, and retains an identification number to be used for identifying the automobile. When a signal of charge start to a second battery is detected from the automobile having the identification number, a propriety of charging of the automobile at a present position and at present time is determined on the basis of the charge schedule. 【課題】ピークシフトによってEVの充電量を制御するEV充電管理システムと、このEV充電管理システムに用いる充電設備とを提供する。【解決手段】EV充電管理システムは、地域内で供給可能な電力量の範囲内で自動車に充電する電力量に関する充電スケジュールを作成保持するとともに、自動車を特定するために用いる識別番号を保持し、識別番号を有する自動車から充電池への充電開始の信号が検知された場合に、充電スケジュールに基づいて自動車の現在位置及び現在時刻における充電の可否を判定することで、EVの充電を充電スケジュールに基づいて管理することが出来る。【選択図】図4A
