To provide a charge management device which appropriately manages actual electric energy of the battery at charging in consideration of suppressing battery deterioration.SOLUTION: A charge management device 3 includes: a charge scheduling unit 303; and a charge management unit 304. From a delivery plan of a delivery planning unit 301, the charge scheduling unit generates a charge plan which suppresses deterioration of the battery on the basis of, power consumption of a moving body predicted by a power consumption prediction unit 302, and a battery characteristic loaded on the moving body, indicated in battery data in a data storage unit 305. At battery charging executed according to the charge plan, when residual time to target time to achieve target electric energy indicated in the charge plan is shorter than predetermined first time, the charge management unit determines necessity for replanning the charge plan, on the basis of the reference battery electric energy calculated according to the residual time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】電池の劣化抑制を考慮した充電における電池の実際の電力量を適切に管理する充電管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】充電管理装置3は、充電計画部303と、充電管理部304とを備える。充電計画部は、配送計画部301の配送計画から、電力消費予測部302で予測される移動体の消費電力と、データ蓄積部305の電池データに示される移動体に搭載された電池の特性とに基づいて、電池の劣化を抑制する充電計画を作成する。充電管理部は、充電計画に従い実施される電池への充電において、充電計画が示す目標の電力量を達成する目標の時刻までの残り時間が所定の第1の時間より短いとき、残り時間に応じて算出される基準電池電力量に基づいて、充電計画の再計画の要否を判定する。【選択図】図5
