To provide a charge management device, a charge management method and a charge management program, capable of predicting a future residual amount of charge of each vehicle, according to various embodiments of the present disclosure.SOLUTION: A charge management device manages a situation of a vehicle capable of charging electric power to a battery by electric connection in a charging station and travelling by using the charged electric power. The charge management device includes a processor configured to calculate a target residual amount of charge, which is a residual amount of charge to be a target before travelling in one or a plurality of travelling reservations, on the basis of power cost information indicating a distance in which the vehicle can travel per predetermined unit electrical power, information indicating charging capacity and schedule information, which are identified by information specifying the vehicle stored in a memory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
