To provide a solenoid valve and a brake control device capable of discharging air from a space between a plunger and a sleeve.SOLUTION: A solenoid valve includes: a plunger 32 energized toward a seat 42 by magnetic field of a coil 34; a valve member 33 which is movable between a close position for closing a first flow channel 61 and an open position for causing the first flow channel to communicate with a second flow channel 65, and which valve member is energized toward the close position by the plunger; an energization member 35 for energizing the valve member toward the open position; and a sleeve 43 which has an inner peripheral surface 43a movably supporting the plunger, and a bottom surface 43b supporting the plunger when the valve member is located on the open position, and in which a first volume made when the valve member is located on the open position, of a space extending from the inner peripheral surface and the bottom surface to the plunger is less than a difference between a second volume made when the valve member is located on the close position, of the space, and the first volume.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
