The exhaust emission control device 100 also includes: a heat shield plate 26 shielding heat from an exhaust pipe 5; a heat shield plate drive part 27 movably supporting the heat shield plate 26; a urea water temperature sensor 25 acquiring a urea water temperature that is a temperature of urea water 70; and a urea water temperature control part 13 controlling the heat shield plate drive part 27 on the basis of the urea water temperature. The urea water temperature control part 13 controls the heat shield plate drive part 27 so as to block heat transfer from the exhaust pipe 5 to a supply pipe 7b when the urea water temperature is a first threshold value or larger, and controls the heat shield plate drive part 27 so as to allow heat transfer from the exhaust pipe 5 to the supply pipe 7b when the urea water temperature is smaller than the first threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
