To provide a navigation monitoring system and a navigation monitoring method for a construction vessel, which can further ensure safety in a water region around the construction vessel.SOLUTION: Image data of a water region SW around a construction vessel 10 is sequentially acquired by a camera device 2 installed on the construction vessel 10 or the land G, and sequentially input to an arithmetic unit 3. A prediction model prepared by machine-learning image data of a plurality of types of vessels including a construction vessel other than the construction vessel 10 and image data other than that of the vessels as teacher data is stored in advance by the arithmetic unit 3. It is sequentially determined whether or not a preset type of vessel 20 to be monitored is present in the image data of the water region SW by the arithmetic unit 3 on the basis of the prediction model and the input image data of the water region SW. Then, warning means 4 is operation-instructed to issue a warning for exiting from the water region SW to the vessel 20 currently sailing in the water region to be monitored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】工事用船舶の周辺水域の安全性をより確実に確保できる工事用船舶の航行監視システムおよび航行監視方法を提供する。【解決手段】工事用船舶10または陸上Gに設置したカメラ装置2により、工事用船舶10の周辺水域SWの画像データを逐次取得し、演算装置3に逐次入力する。演算装置3には、工事用船舶10以外の他の工事用船舶を含む複数種類の船の画像データと船以外の画像データとを教師データとして機械学習された予測モデルを予め記憶しておき、演算装置3により、予測モデルと入力された周辺水域SWの画像データとに基づいて周辺水域SWの画像データに、予め設定された監視対象種類の船20が存在しているか否かを逐次判定する。そして、その判定結果に基づいて、警告手段4に周辺水域を航行中の監視対象種類の船20に対して、周辺水域SWからの退出を命じる旨の警告を発する作動指示を行う。【選択図】図1
