To provide a navigation method, a navigation system and a vessel capable of easily improving transporting efficiency of load while securing safety.SOLUTION: Navigation is carried out such that moment generated on a vessel S does not exceed a design allowable value Ma during navigation by: estimating actual wave moment Mw(r) occurring on the vessel S by marine phenomenon on a sea route based on a predicted marine phenomenon on the sea route; and carrying out a stowage plan based on predicted wave moment Mw(r)pv which is the predicted value for the actual wave moment Mw(r).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
