To provide a charge control method for an electric vehicle capable of preventing a charge interruption phenomenon due to CP line noise, a charge control device using the same, and an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A charge control method for an electric vehicle according to the present invention includes the steps of: storing charger identification information and a charging interruption current value when charging is interrupted due to a timeout of a PLC communication message transferred from a charger; confirming whether recharging is to be performed by the very charger that is used when the charging is interrupted using the charger identification information; and adjusting a charging current of the charger on the basis of a charging interruption current value of the charger when recharging is to be performed by the very charger that is used when the charging is interrupted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
