To provide a photovoltaic power generation controller that makes it possible, in the case of arranging a plurality of solar cells individually on different surfaces of a vehicle body, to efficiently charge a power storage device with power generated by the solar cells.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation controller 32 for controlling a photovoltaic power generation system capable of charging a battery with power generated by a plurality of solar cell panels provided individually on different surfaces of a vehicle body comprises: an acquisition unit 321 for acquiring information showing output of respective solar cell panels of the plurality of solar cell panels; a determination unit 322 that on the basis of the information showing output of the solar cell panels acquired by the acquisition unit 321, determines a solar cell panel to be caused to generate power for charging the battery from the plurality of solar cell panels; and a control unit 323 that causes the battery to be charged with power generated by the solar cell panel determined by the determination unit 322 and stops charging the battery with power generated by the other solar cell panels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
