To provide a vehicle service system and a vehicle service method that enable efficient operation of an accident reporting service.SOLUTION: A vehicle service system comprises a connector device 10, an impact detection unit, and a management device 30 arranged on the Internet 100. The connector device 10 is comprised of: log information acquisition means for acquiring vehicle information as log information; first transmission control means for causing a communication unit to transmit the vehicle information toward the management device; information generation means that generates impact degree information based on a detection signal from an impact detection unit; and second transmission control means for causing the communication unit to transmit the impact degree information toward the management device 30. The management device 30 is comprised of: a storage unit; accident occurrence determination means for determining an occurrence of an accident in a vehicle 50 based on the vehicle information and the impact degree information stored in the storage unit in association with the connector device; and accident determination result transmission means for transmitting the determination result to an external device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】事故通報サービスの効率的な運用が可能となる車両サービスシステム及び車両サービス方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両サービスシステムにおいて、コネクタ器10と、衝撃検出部と、インターネット100上に配置された管理装置30と、を有する。コネクタ器10は、車両情報をログ情報として取得するログ情報取得手段と、車両情報を通信ユニットに前記管理装置に向けて送信させる第1送信制御手段と、衝撃検出部からの検出信号に基づいて衝撃度合い情報を生成する情報生成手段と、衝撃度合い情報を通信ユニットに管理装置30に向けて送信させる第2送信制御手段と、を備える。管理装置30は、記憶部と、記憶部にコネクタ器に対応づけて記憶された車両情報及び衝撃度合い情報に基づいて、車両50での事故発生について判定する事故発生判定手段と、判定結果を外部装置に送信する事故判定結果送信手段と、を有する。【選択図】図1
