To achieve various kinds of stable control based on a slip ratio, by canceling affection caused by load movement of a vehicle body in turning in a lateral direction, on the basis of a slip ratio of tires attached to the vehicle.SOLUTION: There is provided a determination device for determining a slip ratio of tires attached to a vehicle in traveling. The determination device comprises: a drive force acquiring part for acquiring drive force of the vehicle; a rotation speed acquiring part for acquiring rotation speed of the tire; a slip ratio calculating part for calculating a slip ratio of tires on the basis of the rotation speed; a lateral acceleration acquiring part for acquiring lateral acceleration applied to the vehicle; and a correcting part for correcting the slip ratio, on the basis of relationship information indicating a relationship among the lateral acceleration, the drive force, and the slip ratio, and the lateral acceleration and drive force in correction time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
