To provide an unmanned flight system that can accurately confirm a rotational state of each motor 10 before staring flight, and to provide an unmanned flight device and a program.SOLUTION: An unmanned flight system 100 includes: an unmanned flight device 1 autonomously flies with thrust acquired from rotating propellers respectively connected to multiple motors; and a management device 80 capable of communicating with the unmanned flight device 1 and managing flight of the unmanned flight device 1.
