To stably move a moving body along a guide rail at high speed without feeding a large amount of power.SOLUTION: A magnetic floating unit 65 arranged in a conveyance carriage traveling along a guide rail made of a ferromagnetic material is arranged in such a manner that the guide rail is surrounded by a magnet 75, first iron core parts 76a, 80a attracting the guide rail from below by a magnetic field of the magnet 75, second iron core parts 76b, 80b and third iron core parts 76c, 80c attracting the guide rail to each other in a width direction toward an opposite direction, and two electromagnet units 73, 74 formed of first coil parts 77a, 81a, second coil parts 77b, 81b and third coil parts 77c, 81c wound around the respective iron core parts so as to control supporting force by which the conveyance carriage is floated by a control current flowing through each of the coil parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
