To provide a radiator of a saddle riding-type vehicle capable of efficiently releasing air in an upper tank, and improving layout property while avoiding other components of a power unit.SOLUTION: In a radiator 6 which is disposed on a power unit 3 mounted in a saddle riding-type vehicle 1, and includes an upper tank 61 on an upper edge 60b of a rectangular radiator main body portion 60, and in which the upper tank is provided with a water supply port 62, and the radiator main body portion is mounted in a manner that the upper edge connected to the upper tank is inclined in a vehicle backward direction in a state that the power unit is mounted on the vehicle, the upper tank includes a cooling water connection portion 64 to be connected to an internal combustion engine 32 of the power unit, and a first tank passage portion 61b extended upward at a bottom portion 61a to branch and connect the cooling water connection portion, the first tank passage portion has a water supply port at an upper end portion, and a second tank passage portion 66 connecting the upper tank and the cooling water connection portion is disposed in parallel with the first tank passage portion while offset to an upper part or a side part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
